Let me introduce myself

Hi, it’s confession time. I’m supposed to be writing a fabulous paragraph or two about me and The Underground Bakery, Café & Mercantile for this fancy dancy new web site and I cannot think of anything compelling or interesting to say except for the fact that…. I love stuff—-having stuff, baking stuff, cooking stuff, buying stuff, selling stuff, making stuff, re-doing stuff, sewing stuff, displaying stuff, creating stuff and of course, eating stuff—oh and I love to talk to people—I talk a lot—so what’s a girl to do? Open a store with lots of stuff!

Seriously, that’s what I did and I’m so glad you found me!

The Underground Bakery, Café & Mercantile is everything I love to do all bundled up into one amazing space!!! I absolutely love coming into work every day and I hope that it translates into an amazing experience for you…..the bakery desserts are fabulous, most are sized for a single serving—you’re welcome! The café menu is simple with an emphasis on delicious, home-style cooking and the Mercantile is sure to have something fun for you or for gifting!
